If there was a reading assignment,what did you learn from it? What did you not understand? What prior knowledge did you bring to the reading material?
Well today we learned more about the brooklyn college library website. On that website there is a web resource that costs about 50,000 a year but its worth it for all the infromation it stores. Its know as the invisible web. Meaning you wouldnt be able to find it by just searching google. We used that resource to complete a worksheet we were given.
The expensive database you mention (the $50,000. one is Lexis-Nexis) we did not use. We used another one available through our school, which is given to us free of charge from the state.
